Session Fees
All session fees include the session time of 1 - 2 hours at the location of your choice (within 30 miles of Newport News, VA unless otherwise specified), minor retouching on all finished portraits, session planning and style consultation, and a personal and private online photo slideshow and gallery that can be shared with family and friends using the unique membership code.
Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call about 2-3 weeks in advanced. Deposits are required with each booking as a retainer. The deposit cost will be credited towards the balance payable at the time of the shoot. There is NO MINIMUM order requirement on any of our sessions. Deposits are not refunded and will only be issued as credits if a cancellation is unavoidable.
Albums expire 1 month at the end of the membership card's term. Premium members are provided a CD negative (150 images of choice) at the completion of the program. Basic members can purchase negatives a la carte at a discounted rate.

Each card has a unique account code assigned to it. The code is used to access member albums and order specialty items. The code can be used by anyone that the card holder authorizes to order. Cards are valid for up to 24 months with no extra costs.
